There are two means to download Aadhar card:

Step1: Firstly you must visit the official UIDAI Web Portal.

Step2: In the ‘I have’ section, Select Option you would want to enter – Either Enrolment ID (EID) or the Aadhar Number (UID)

Step3:  Fill in the Form-based the fields namely – EID or UID, Full name, Registered Mobile Number or E-mail Id, Your Pin Code, Captcha from the image.

Step4: Once finished, Click on the ‘Get One Time Password’ button.

You will receive an OTP(One Time Password) on your mobile or e-mail id.

Step5: Enter that OTP in the next blank, Click ‘Validate and Download’ button. Then, you will get one pdf file click on save and ok that file.

 

You have now successfully downloaded a digital copy of your Aadhar Card. You can print it if you wish to. It is advisable that you print it on a photo paper, which increases the shelf life of your E-Aadhar.
